I’ve been able to deliver some amazing (sometimes award-winning) projects, working alongside a mix of unbelievably talented people through the teams I’ve led, the agencies I’ve managed and the partnerships I’ve overseen.

Digital Brand Manager

January 2016 - December 2016

In this newly created post, I was tasked with assessing & overhauling WWF’s digital tools & practices to improve brand cohesion. During my brief time in the post I successfully delivered:

  • The new wwf.org.uk website including the development of - and migration to - a new CMS

  • WWF’s first standardised digital design framework spanning web, social & email

Digital Manager

July 2012 - December 2015

I led the team responsible for delivering digital content and products, focusing on improving user experience & engagement across WWF UK’s digital portfolio. While in post I:

  • Managed wwf.org.uk, including the fundraising, shop and campaign sites

  • Produced and delivered the first ever ‘Earth Hour Live’, partnering with YouTube to beta test their new streaming technology

  • Oversaw production and launch the Arctic Home AR installations as part of the Coca-cola partnership

As part of a small, nimble digital team, I managed product development & digital marketing activities, including:

  • Product design of a new virtual adoption product

  • Redeveloping the donation platform and conversion funnel

  • Brand redesign of the Blue Cross website

Digital strategy

Experience developing digital, content, experience and engagement strategies at both regional and international levels.

Product development

Managed the production of countless web, social and mobile apps, including overseeing wholesale CMS migrations and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

Experiential design

Lead the development of innovative, ground-breaking, and award-winning installations and OOH stunts.

Team leadership

Lead a global, multi-disciplinary team of digital, content and design professionals. Extensive experience managing cross-departmental matrix working-groups.

Partnership management

Wide-ranging experience collaborating with and managing activities with partners including Netflix, BBC, Google, Twitter, Coca-cola, YouTube, and the World Economic Forum.
